Belle Vue Road Area E17 - Neighbourhood Scheme (deadline 26 October 2009)  http://tinyurl.com/yhot962

The scheme includes:
• Introducing footway parking along the Forest Edge (apparently with no loss of footway - this will need to be checked though)
• Chicane traffic calming along Beacontree Avenue between Forest road and Belle Vue road. (This is potentially very worrying for cycling; pinch points, racing against cars)
• Kerb build outs at all junctions
• Alteration of parking bays within Grantock Road, Carnanton Road and Beacontree avenue
• Introduction and alteration of double yellow line restrictions within Belle Vue road area

Forest Road Area E17 - Corridor scheme (deadline Monday 26 October)  http://tinyurl.com/yhot962

The scheme includes:
• Introduction of a central reservation between Woodford New road and Beacontree Avenue with 1.5m cycle lane and 3m general vehicle lane
Refurbishment of bus stand area at junction of Beacontree avenue with Forest Road
• Kerb realignment along Forest Road
• New zebra crossing on Forest Road between Ulverston Road and Fernhill Court
• Introduction of 1.5m cycle lanes
• Removal of centre line markings along Forest Road
• introduction of footway parking bays along Forest Road apparently with no loss of footway - this will need to be checked though
• Amendment to bus stop and shelter postion in Forest Road and introduction of 24-hr bus stop clearway

Introduction and alteration of double yellow line and single yellow line restrictions along Forest Road

Cooper Avenue Area E17 - Neighbourhood Scheme (deadline Monday 26 October)  http://tinyurl.com/ygumr3l

• Introduction of chicane traffic calming along Folly Lane and Banbury Road
• Removal of mini roundabout and narrowing of the road width at the junction of Folley Lane with Osprey Close
• Tightening of bends along Banbury Road
• Narrowing the road width along Cooper Avenue between banbury Road and Cogan Avenue and along Lawrence Avenue between Cooper Avenuw and McEntee Avenue
• Change in road layout at the junction of McEntee Avenue with Lawrence Avenue
• Narrowing of road width at the bend in Lawrence Avenue
• Conversion of carriage-way parking bays to footway parking bays in Cooper Avenue, Sinnot Road and Lawrence Avenue
• Introduction and alteration of waiting and loading restrictions within the Cooper Avenue area
• Introduction and alteration of parking bays within the Cooper Avenue area
• Amendment to bus stop and shelter position in Folly Lane and introduction of 24-hr bus stop clearway

• Introduction of one-way roads on George Road, Bateman Road, Ashley Road, May Road and Westward Road between its junction with Chingford Mount Road and Ashley Road; no exemptions for cyclists are planned
• Installation of speed humps on George Road; no indication of what type
• Installation of new and alteration to existing raised speed tables on Leonard Road, Westward Road and Burnside Avenue; no indication if sinusoidal
• installation of raised entry treatments on leonard Road and George Road at their junction with Chingford Mount Road
• Introduction of kerb build-outs at junctions throughout the Westward Road area
• Change of priorities at the junction of WEstward Road/Ashley Road and Bateman Road/Ashley Road
